Colorado Notice of Intent to Homeschool (CO NOI or LOI)
Colorado Homeschool Law requires homeschoolers to file a Notice of Intent to Homeschool to a school district. This is also referred to as a Letter of Intent (LOI).
If you file an NOI, be sure keep a copy of the NOI, your child’s vaccine/exemption records, attendance records, and test/evaluation results on file. The law requires you to provide them to the school district (that you filed with) upon request.

It is a good idea to send the NOI and test results to the school district via certified mail and keep the receipt of delivery in your school records.
