My Homeschool Hub exists to connect, encourage and equip homeschoolers.
Our desire is to:
- Connect homeschoolers with each other
- Help homeschoolers find support
- Empower homeschoolers to be more profitable with time and money
My Homeschool Hub’s motivation is to empower future, present, and former homeschoolers.
This community space was created to help you connect with people who:
- Will help and encourage you
- Think like you, so you can build relationships
- Sell products you want and need for less money
- Will buy your homeschooling products to make money for your family
- Have valuable products and services that you are looking for
Making the decision to homeschool, and then figuring out how to get started can be intimidating and overwhelming. We are committed to helping people process this decision and know how to get started in our Homeschool Resources. We truly believe that every parent who is able to read, research, and is willing to make the commitment can successfully home educate.
Making Real Friendships
Finding like-minded homeschoolers and making real friendships isn’t always easy, so we created the Friend Finder. Search for people with similar world-views, religions, kids’ ages, interests, education methods, schedules, and special needs. You are not alone, and we want to help you find meaningful friendships for you and your kids that will enrich your lives.
Making and Saving Money on Supplies
Buying and selling used homeschool curriculum and supplies can be frustrating, but it is extremely important to families operating on tight budgets. Our Used Curriculum Marketplace was designed by homeschoolers, for homeschoolers. Custom categories improve the buying and selling process. You invest a lot in your homeschool curriculum and supplies! You deserve a good, free place to buy and sell. Our classifieds platform is dedicated to the homeschool community. We are eager to help you save and make money.
Social, but not Social Media
We claim autonomy over our kids’ education, yet we use social media to talk about our beliefs and methods. Some of these social media platforms monitor our conversations and download our data to the Library of Congress each night, which is counterintuitive. My Homeschool Hub provides a place for homeschoolers to connect, make friends, join groups, list events, and buy or sell in an environment that is not tied to traditional social media.
Homeschool Support Group Communities
Homeschool support groups balance multiple ways to communicate in order to keep their members up to date on activities and events, because some people are on social media, and some are not. Our Community Groups and Events provide a place for all homeschoolers and homeschool groups to communicate and connect regardless of whether or not they are on social media.
Virtual Exhibit Hall
There are so many resources available to homeschoolers! The Exhibit Hall is a space for you to find support, products, and services from the convenience of your home. Homeschooling takes a lot of time and work! We want to make it faster and easier for you to find what you need so that you have more time and financial margin in your life.
